Video Poker is a favored game that can be played in casinos around the globe, or in your house on your PC, through a web account. The game rules are very simple and consist of the player attempting to achieve the best mixture of cards as you can in order to win money. A common list of winning hands starts with jacks or better, moving on to 2 pairs, three of a kinds, straights, flushes, full houses, 4 of a kinds, straight flushes and finally royal flushes. It is obvious that the pay out schedule can range from machine to machine, so that experienced gamblers are able to select the most profitable machine each time.
Once the initial round has completed, the player can either decide to stay on and try to to maximize their earnings, or press the ‘collect’ button to retrieve any money that they may have won. Additionally, some styles of the game allow the player an opportunity to increase their winnings, in which instance a further game is played. There are also differences among specific machines, with some virtual decks having wild cards and other differing characteristics to increase playability.
